    Amazing customer service. Rich is very knowledgeable, explains features of different bikes in detail so you can make an educated decision on the best bike for your needs. Assistance with selection and installation of accessories made my purchase hassle free. In the last two years I've purchased a hybrid and an e bike, wouldn't think of going anywhere else. There are bike shops closer to my home in Clarks Summit and I happily make the drive to Wilkes Barre because no one has service like ATB. Highly recommend!
