Hillard House Inn at 58 West River Street, Wilkes-Barre, Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania.

This was our first visit to the Inn and it was a very pleasant stay. The hosts are very accommodating and gracious. The home is beautifully furnished and the rooms are comfortable, well-appointed and thoughtfully arranged. Water, soda, coffee, tea and bathrobes are provided for your convenience as well as a hairdryer and other toiletries await you in the bath. We stayed in The Gold Room which was quiet and very comfortable - who couldn’t sleep well in a four poster bed? Parking is off street behind the Inn. The location is within easy walking distance of the Wilkes-Barre downtown area. We will certainly visit here again.
