Great when you need a vehicle in a pinch to move and you don't have a truck. Not too expensive as long as you get the vehicle back within the rental time agreement. I've rented trucks from Uhaul many times for local moves and for moves across states. The Uhaul on Mundy Street installs trailer hitches on personal cars and trucks for a good price. Vehicles are always clean. Hope you're happy with your new place!

Clorissa was the counter person. I merely walked in to return the truck -- which was clean, undamaged and full of gas. I didn't even say a word and she sighed and grabbed the key. "Wait here sir," she said angrily, as if I was a child.

She came back and told me the other location should have told me about the self-check in process (they did not). Then she started to lecture me on what to do "the next time."

I told her there won't be a next time, and that I was sorry if I was an inconvenience.

Sorry you don't like your job, Clorissa. Keep it up with that rude attitude and you won't have one for long.

Hey Uhaul, you want to improve the customer service experience? Fire this rude woman or give her some training on how to deal with the public.

I will never use this location for anything again.
