Olive Garden Italian Restaurant at 561 Arena Hub Plaza, Wilkes-Barre, Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania.

This one experience was God awful. The food was dreadful from beginning to end. The appetizer came out half finished. The entrees sat in the window and got hard and crusty, meaning the sauce was rebaked from the heat lamp. The server was new and had very little knowledge of the menu. Which isn't directly her fault but whatever training mechanics used, plus the staff for not helping her out at all. Talk about sink or swim.
The manager did come out, after we had requested him. He took care of the entrees on the bill. And attempted to make an appetizer that we originally wanted.
