THIS IS TRULY A GOVERNMENTAL EMBARRASSMENT OF A OFFICE. i HAVE CALLED 10 + TIMES AND CAN NEVER ,not once, NEVER GET A PERSON. AFTER 6 CALLS TO MY 'WORKER' I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A ANSWER, NEVER GOTTEN A RETURN CALL, NEVER RECIEVED A EMAIL AND/OR A TEXT MESSAGE RESPONSE.I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO OR HOW TO PROCEED. THEY WROTE ABOUT TRYING TO END MY SSI, BUT AS I CANNOT GET THROUGH, AM HANDICAPPED AND HAVE NO WAY THERE, CAN GET NO RESPONSE SINCE 2/13/2018, HOW DOES ONE RESPOND TO A AGENCY THAT HAS PROVEN THEY COULD CARE LESS OF MY CONCERNS, REFUSE TO RESPOND TO MY REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO RECEIVE HELP AND/OR GUIDANCE.I ASSUME THEY JUST DON'T GIVE A DAMN AS THE REST OF trumps agencies, their only concern is how they can take off of the poor, and give to the richest in society. AMAZING, and I know that this refusal to respond cannot be limited to myself.So, as I am at their mercy, I guess I am truly ####ed. The worst part is they will lie and say they never received my calls, messages and emails, otherwise they would have to admit they could care less about my situation.And we know people and agencies like this NEVER admit they do anything less than a perfect job. IMAGINE THAT.
